Dear readers,
I am writing to you today to share a personal update and announce the return of our regular content schedule. For the past three months, Society Today has been on hiatus. Unfortunately, I faced some health challenges that required my full attention, necessitating a pause in our activities.
Health, as a fundamental human experience, often reminds us of our vulnerabilities and the importance of well-being, not only as individuals but also within our communities. This unexpected break has reaffirmed my commitment to advocating for healthcare accessibility and addressing the social determinants of health that affect us all.
Fortunately, I am now on the mend, and I’m thrilled to announce that Society Today will resume publishing new content on Monday, July 15. We are excited to bring back our rich array of content, including thought-provoking articles, engaging podcast interviews, and our special features that many of you eagerly anticipate.
Looking ahead, we will continue to delve into pressing social issues, celebrate significant global events, and honor the influential work of scholars and activists. Our commitment to empowering and inspiring productive action is stronger than ever, and we plan to introduce new formats and resources that further our reach and impact.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this period. Your messages of support have been incredibly uplifting. I am eager to continue this journey with you, exploring the complexities of our society and driving meaningful change!
Warm regards,
Randy
